Bhubaneswar
Bhubaneswar is an ancient city in India’s eastern state of Odisha, formerly Orissa. Many temples built from sandstone are dotted around Bindu Sagar Lake in the old city, including the 11th-century Hindu Lingaraja Temple. Outside Rajarani Temple are sculpted figures of the guardians of the 8 cardinal and ordinal directions. Jain antiques, weaponry and indigenous pattachitra paintings fill the Odisha State Museum.

Day 1 :
Bhubaneswar - Nandankanan
Departure from Chennai airport. On arrival Bhubaneswar airport. Situated in Chandaka Forest by Kanjia Lake, Nandankanan Zoo is home to 81 species of birds, 67 other kinds of mammals, and 18 reptiles. It also houses the White Tiger. Black Panthers, White Tigers, and Gharial crocodiles have all been successfully bred in captivity by the Zoo. Travel 25 miles to the Nandankanan Zoo in Chandaka Forest and Bhubaneswar. Savor the White Tiger and Lion Safaris in the Botanical Garden. At Nandankanan for lunch. Arrive back in Bhubaneswar. After dinner, spend the night in Bhubaneswar.
Day 2:
Bhubaneswar - Chilika Lake
Thousands of birds call Chilika Lake, Asia's largest brackish water lake, which covers 1,100 square kilometers, home. There are wild animals living around the lake, including black bucks, cheetahs, and porcupines, on the hills surrounding it. The large lake is dotted with islands, the most popular of which being Nalbana, Kalijal, which is home to the Makar Sankranti Mela, Satapada, Parikud, Malud, and Brahmaputra. Go to Chilika Lake by car after an early breakfast. Check in at the 105-kilometer Barkul Lodge. Take a motor launch cruise on the Chilika to reach the islands. Go back to Barkul Lodge. Dinner and spending the night at Barkul.
Day 3:
Chilika Lake - Bhubaneswar
Morning breakfast at hotel. Then proceed to visit Nirmala Jhar temple, Narayani temple and Banpur. After dinner, overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4:
Departure
Morning breakfast and then check out from Hotel. Finally drop at Bhubaneswar airport.
